How we get the information
The information we collect is gathered through our point of sale system our booking system and any emails, texts or other documents that are communicated in the necessary course of business. Video information is gathered on the video security system operating throughout our premises.
If you apply for a job with us information will be gathered from your application or CV.
Use of the data we gather will be restricted to Wheatcroft Pubs Limited. We will not share this information with any 3rd party organisations without gaining explicit consent.
We will only use your information where:
How we store your personal information
We keep our customer information including contact details and historical transactions for a rolling 18-month period. The information is securely stored by our Point of Sale and Booking system partners. At the end of this period transaction information will be permanented deleted. If you have made no further visits in this 18-month period, your customer information will also deleted.
Video recordings are kept for 3 months for security purposes. At the end of this time, they will be automatically deleted.
Job enquiry related information will be kept for up to 12 months as paper or email records after which time they will be deleted/destroyed.
